    Approve a sample

    You hear the first 15 minutes before the full recording goes ahead, and you approve the finished audiobook.

What it costs

You choose how to pay your narrator: a rate per finished hour that you set, from $50, or a share of the royalties. You can pay all at once, in parts as the book is recorded, or over time with Klarna or Affirm, if approved. Our production fee is $350.

Can I hear a narrator read my book before I hire them?
Yes. Post your book free and narrators audition on the pages you choose.
Can I find a narrator with a certain accent?
Use the Accent filter above. Narrators who do an accent but haven't uploaded a demo in it yet are listed after the demos. You can also browse narrators by accent, genre and voice.
Can I hire a narrator without publishing through you?
Yes. With narration only, the narrator records your book, you approve it, and you keep every file to publish wherever you like.
