Our Website provides a platform for voice actors to showcase their talent and for clients to find voice actors for their projects. We do not guarantee any work or income from using our Website.

2. Account Registration

To use our Website, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information through the form submission. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and information, and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Content

You are solely responsible for any content you post on our Website, including but not limited to your personal information, voice samples, and comments. You agree to not post any content that is defamatory, harmful, or offensive.

4. Ownership

All content on our Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of our Website or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not use any content on our Website without our express written consent.

5. Payments

If you are a client looking for a voice actor, you will be charged a fee for our services. All payments must be made through our invoices process. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or credit card issuer.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Website will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Website.

11. Use of Voice Overs for Machine Learning or AI

You may not use any voice over recordings obtained through our Website for the purpose of training or building machine learning models or artificial intelligence (AI) systems without obtaining our prior written consent from the voice talent and Academy Voices that produced it. Any use of our voice over recordings for machine learning or AI purposes without our consent is strictly prohibited.

We commit to using the content of your User Portfolio and any Recordings solely for the purpose of providing the Services, or as mutually agreed upon with the Actor. Specifically, we will not utilize an Actor's voice-over recordings in any synthetic voice production, such as AI or Text-To-Speech, without the Actor's express written consent and only if the recordings are specifically intended for that purpose.

In the event that we discover any unauthorized use of our voice over recordings for machine learning or AI purposes, we reserve the right to take legal action to protect our rights and interests.

Responsibilities of Voice Actors:

• The Voice Actors using our website are neither our employees nor consultants, and they hold sole responsibility for their actions both on and off the website.
• We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate a Voice Actor's account, access to the website, or any agreement for their casting in a role or use of their recordings if we believe (at our sole discretion) that any user:  
  • Fails to comply with the terms and conditions of use or uses the website inappropriately
  • Provides false or misleading information on their application or user profile
  • Does not respond to multiple written requests
  • Does not provide consistent availability for recording sessions
  • Fails to show up for a scheduled recording session, whether it's at a home studio, remotely, or at an agreed-upon studio location
  • Fails to deliver a commissioned recording by the agreed deadline
  • Provides audio quality we consider sub-standard, which includes but is not limited to, panned audio, unwanted background noise, broken files, processing or over-processing audio, slating or watermarking files, incorrect file formats, and audio resolution
  • Does not follow the written brief for any audition or recording, including but not limited to, required intonations, specified pronunciations, missed words, or unscripted word changes
  • Makes frequent errors or mistakes during recordings
  • Provides poor customer service, including but not limited to, arguing with a client or making disparaging comments about a script or the job during a live recording session
  • Tries to add additional costs to an agreed-upon job after the delivery of a completed performance, including but not limited to, fees for representing agents, recording, editing, delivering, administration, or payment processing fees for receiving agreed funds
  • Shares contact information or discusses any aspect of the project terms, including but not limited to, the limitations of rights, session and usage fees, or future related recording opportunities with a client or its representatives without our express written consent
  • Attempts to persuade a customer against using our services
  • Posts negative comments about our services publicly, including but not limited to, social media platforms, forums, blogs, and websites.
